Terms & Conditions to work with us
As a Renowned Brand in the industry for almost 2 Decades, we would want utmost clarity and Transparency in the collaboration that we do with Brands, Vendors or Clients.
All the collaboration we accept will be paid and the deliverables and the commercials are to be discussed before starting the deal.
We accept 50% upfront payment of the total payment which we have agreed upon and 50% after the deliverables.
- We own the rights to all created content unless otherwise specified.
- The Brand is permitted to repost the content on social platforms with proper credit/tagging
- For paid usage, print ads, or commercial licensing, separate terms and fees apply and must be discussed in advance.
- The Brand agrees to provide all products/services required for the shoot in a timely manner.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all products provided are non-returnable and considered part of the collaboration.
- Any delays in delivery may affect agreed timelines.
If exclusivity is requested (e.g., avoiding collaborations with similar brands for a certain time), it must be discussed in writing and may incur an additional fee.
- We will deliver the content within the decided timeline from receiving the products and advance payment.
- One round of minor revisions (caption, tagging) is allowed. Major reshoots or changes are chargeable.
- If the Brand cancels after work has started, the advance that we recieved will be a non-refundable fee which applies for time and effort invested.
- If we cancel, due to unforeseen reasons – a full refund of any payment received will be issued.
